Refund policy

In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged through the delivery process, please email Were St Trading at to arrange for the item to be returned & a replacement organised. Damaged goods must be returned within 7 days & notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt.

Please choose carefully.
If you simply change your mind, we do not offer a refund, however you are able to return and exchange your product.

In the event that you choose to exchange a product, you must return the product at your cost. The goods must be in original, resalable condition including the packaging & hang tag. We recommend you use a trackable delivery method, Were St Trading will not be responsible for lost goods.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Were St Trading immediately.
Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of Were St Trading.

Please note, there is no exchange or refund on Sale Items.
